    3D secure
    The items you buy online can be paid with Cards allowed to operate web payments. Transactions takes place in a secured environment using the enhanced security of 3DSecure protocol. This protocol was developed in collaboration with VISA and MasterCard and consists in recording a unique transaction number for each online payment. This unique transaction number will be asked from buyer by the payment systems that comply with 'Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode' when the buyer initiate a payment for each given transaction.

    Seller
    The seller is the company EPS Distribution Group, hereinafter EPS. Company information are always up-to-date and are found at Contact information section.

    Obligations of the Seller
    EPS is obliged to deliver ordered PINs in Customer prepay account once its payment has been accepted.
    EPS is obliged to keep confidentiality of data provided by the client.
    EPS is obliged to deliver products ordered terms. In case of delays beyond his control, and due to third party companies, EPS is required to provide in clientulului soon as possible information related to these delays.

    Buyer
    Shall provide complete and accurate information about his company, or if private clients, about them.
    Once the information provided, the buyer can place orders. For orders placed, the buyer has a duty to pay the price of products through the online payment credit card accepted for payment on the Internet.

    Privacy
    Data provided by clients are strictly confidential. EPS will not provide this information to third parties or companies, and use them strictly for use by the business relationship between client and EPS.

    Payment method
    Customers are welcome to pay by bank debit card, debit card with overdraft or credit issued under the MasterCard logo (including Maestro), Visa (including Visa Electron).
    Being a certified programs eComerciant MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa, you have the protection offered by the 3D Secure system. By separate cardholder authentication, 3D Secure transactions are similar to those withdrawing cash from ATMs.

    Area Sales
    EPS can provide the sale and delivery all over Romania.

    Legal Terms
    EPS works in accordance with laws and regulations in Romania. Any dispute shall be settled amicably. In case this is not possible, they will be resolved under laws in Romania.
